When it comes to your stockpile, which is more important - quantity or quality? I say quality.
If you watch Extreme Couponing on TLC, you may have noticed that those lunatics are big on quantity. They'll buy hundreds and hundreds of a single item. This week one woman had a giant stockpile of candy and actually said "I have enough candy to last 80 Halloweens!" Seriously? Is she delusional? Now granted, I have already purchased my Halloween candy, at a pretty good deal, but I have enough for ONE Halloween (plus some extra for a random nighttime binge or two). Regardless, my Reeses expire 09/2012. They couldn't even last until a second Halloween.
In keeping with my rule of not dissing other people's stockpiles, I won't question her - maybe she has a valid reason for buying that much candy, but I don't.
